Usually orders are processed in the next business day and are sent for shipment within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
No orders are processed on weekends or holidays.
Occasionally we will offer UPS Ground shipping (free). In case of returns, exchanges or reorder, the customer is responsible for all shipment fees.
If we refuse the delivery of a return or exchange for any reason, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Products are only sent to street addresses. We will not ship to PO Boxes.
Items available in stock take 2-7 business days for delivery. If your order is not available in stock, we will notify you via email. Unavailable and special order items will
be shipped as soon as our manufactures can supply.
If the address was incorrect for a shipment and we are requested to reroute a package, the shipping company may charge a correction fee. The customer will be
responsible for this correction fee. All shipment fees are not refundable.
